Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team in Melaka. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to our growing organization.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role.
• Able to manage full HR operations including payroll, recruitment, compliance, performance, training and other staff relations with accuracy and professionalism.
• Experience in HR2000 is added advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
