We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team at Ground Five ID Sdn Bhd. As a full‑time HR & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources and administrative department in our Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh office. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee relations, training and performance appraisal.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks.
