Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Operations & Administration
  2. Assist in managing employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  3. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, orientation, exit documentation)
  4. Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination
  5. Generate and handle letters such as but not limited to employee's employment, confirmation, and memo documentation

  6. Recruitment & Staffing

  7. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  8. Assist with candidate communication and interview scheduling
  9. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
