Job Description
- Assist and help BHR and HR Operations to develop and implement better people management
- Assist and help BHR and HR Operations towards change management projects and manage the HR related internal and external communication
- Support BHR and HR Operations in all Employee Engagement and Employee Relation activities
- Responsible for running regular HR workshops and Induction
- Acts as a point of the contact for the employees and managers in absence of BHR
