Our client is one of the leader in the banking industry, they are seeking for a HR generalist to join the team.

Location: Central

Salary up to $5500

Key Responsibilities


HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including hiring, confirmation, contract renewals, and offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS) for staff movements (promotions, salary changes, etc.)
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and liaise with relevant authorities
  • Administer leave, attendance, claims, medical insurance, and staff benefits
  • Support payroll processing, CPF submissions, tax clearance, and statutory compliance
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Singapore employment laws and relevant regulations
