Responsibilities

  • Responsible for posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Coordinate and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and paperwork
  • Employee relations and support on HR-related issues
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/Database
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and handle benefits inquiries
  • Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance data and setting up performance review meetings
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
