Responsibilities
- Responsible for posting job openings and screening resumes
- Coordinate and scheduling interviews
- Conduct the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and paperwork
- Employee relations and support on HR-related issues
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/Database
- Prepare and distribute HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and handle benefits inquiries
- Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance data and setting up performance review meetings
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in preparing reports and documents for audits
