HR Generalist
Location: Hybrid/In-Office Options 

About the Role

TechnoMile is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This team member will report to our HR Director and will undertake a variety of human resource duties from administrative support work, to coordinating events & meetings, and being involved in the recruiting and the onboarding process.
 

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resource department 
  • Maintain accurate and confidential human resource records. Update HRIS (ADP preferred) system on an ongoing basis and maintain digital files.
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for the Human Resource department. 
  • Strong technical presentation skills necessary 
  • Assist the HR Director with benefits administrator 
  • Use data and metrics to provide statistical reporting 
  • Assist with payroll & expenses
