Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist (5–7 years) to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business growth. The role will cover core HR functions including employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and stakeholder support .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)

  • Handle HR operations, HRMS, documentation, and payroll co-ordination

  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

  • Act as an HR business partner to managers and employees

  • Support talent acquisition and workforce planning as needed

  • Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws

  • Experience working with HRMS and payroll vendors

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
