JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Human Resource Generalist

Deployment Area: Lingunan, Valenzuela

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 8:00AM to 5:00PM

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management and any related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace.
• Proven / Prior experience in administrative and HR roles specially employee relations.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communicative, ethical, and cultural awareness.
• Ability to handle sensitive and maintain confidential informations.
• A collaborative and employee-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
