Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (digital and physical) to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, tardiness, and leaves
  • Handle complaints and grievance procedures in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
  • Source and interview potential candidates to support recruitment efforts
