Purpose: As a Content and Communications Specialist in the HCM-Learning & Development team, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in upholding the learning culture of the organization by crafting engaging learning materials and ensuring effective communication with our diverse workforce. The individual will use a creative, research and detail-oriented approach with a passion for learning to create impactful content and facilitate seamless communication channels within Zycus.Job Requirement Key Responsibilities: Content Creation · Develop and curate engaging learning content including e-learning modules, training materials, manuals, and guides· Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information & translate complex topics into easy-to-understand learning materials across varying topics & skillset themes· Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with learning objectives and company values Internal Communications Management · Design and execute internal communications plans to promote learning initiatives, internal events, and resources· Craft compelling messages for various platforms such as emails, newsletters, LMS, org-level internal events· Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information and updates, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information related to learning initiatives, org-level internal events, org-level engagement initiatives Learning & Knowledge Base Platforms Maintenance · Assist in the management and maintenance of the learning management system (LMS) and Knowledge Management platform· Upload and organize learning materials, courses, and resources on the LMS platform & KMS platform· Monitor user engagement and provide recommendations for enhancing user experience and increasing user adoption Content Quality Assurance · Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing learning materials to maintain relevance and accuracy· Implement feedback mechanisms to gather inputs from learners and stakeholders for continuous improvement· Ensure content complies with industry standards and best practices for learning and development Collaboration and Support · Work closely with cross-functional teams to support learning initiatives· Provide support and guidance to employees regarding learning resources, tools, and platforms· Collaborate on special projects, campaigns, and events to promote a culture of learning and development Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or related field· 0-3 years of experience in content creation, communications, and/ or learning and development· Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, iSpring Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent· Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen eye for detail· Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is preferred· Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment· A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement Five Reasons Why You Should Join Zycus:Apply for this Position
