In HR field there is a recruitment process so you have to hire 20 candidates per month the company will give you a database of the students you have to contact them and hire another way you need to post our job in other job portals and social media the person who are interested to do an internship they will contact you. .. You hire 20 candidates and the company will give a stipend of .. we will teach you every process from the scratch to achieve ur task.. If you are interested inform me.. Training fee for 3months is rs 500only. For 2nd and 3rd month you have to hire 10 candidates for each month. So,you need to manage the team and support them to achieve the tasks.Stipend & Salary: Internship Stipend: 15,000 20,000 per month, for a 3-month internship.
