Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support the Human Resources department with administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn and gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, government submissions, employee data management, and incentive programs.

Job descriptions:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory forms, including ESOS (Employee Share Option Scheme) notices and other statutory requirements.
  • Help maintain and update employee profiles and HR records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Support the processing and tracking of HR incentive programs and internal documentation.
  • Assist in drafting and formatting official letters, notices, and internal memos.
