Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & UAE Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, Emiratization requirements, and other statutory regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employment contracts, and corporate documentation.
  • Manage renewals of corporate licenses, permits, and regulatory filings.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE legal requirements and Kaizen’s culture.

2. Workforce Planning & Organizational Structure

  • Support organizational design initiatives by ensuring optimal workforce allocation and role alignment.
  • Assist in defining job descriptions, reporting lines, and departmental structures to enhance operational efficiency.
