Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers which is part of the recruitment process
  • Contributing to the design and execution of training programs
  • Handling employee relations issues, including but not limited to grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations, such as labour laws, immigration regulations, and health and safety guidelines
  • Responsible in the creation and execution of HR policies and procedures that are in line with the organization's mission and values
  • Utilizing HR-related data to identify patterns, evaluate performance, and develop strategies to improve HR processes and practices
