HR Operations Specialist

This is an 8-month temporary contract with a February 2026 start date. The ideal candidate will support the HR function and business leaders across Iberia by building strong partnerships and providing hands-on support on day-to-day people matters, with a particular focus on Employee Relations.

• The selected individual will work closely with managers in Iberia Sales, local Marketing, and our Global Shared Service Centre to ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant employee experience.

About This Role

You bring at least five years' of experience in an HR Operations or equivalent generalist role. You are fluent in Spanish and English.
You have an educational background in HR, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law, or a related field,
