Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager (Generalist) to handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and labor law compliance. The role ensures effective HR operations that support business objectives and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases following due process
• Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
