Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.

Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.

Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, and confirmation.

Ensure recruitment practices are fair, efficient, and compliant with labour regulations.

Employee Relations

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, misconduct cases, and domestic inquiries professionally.

Maintain healthy employer–employee relationships.

Performance Management

Oversee performance appraisal systems and monitor employee performance.

Support management in performance improvement and corrective action plans.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination
