Job Description
Recruitment & Talent: Lead full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding processes to meet staffing needs.
Employee Relations: Manage performance appraisals, employee relations, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a positive work environment.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
Strategy & Policy: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Admin & Payroll: Oversee HR administration, including payroll and benefits administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (10+ years preferred).
Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
