Human Resource Manager

CoreFactor is searching for a Human Resources Manager on a permanent/full-time basis for a client in the east end of the GTA.

This position is hybrid and will require to be on site at various office locations across the east end of the GTA.   

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and delivering core human resources and talent programs for a mid-sized professional services firm. This role partners closely with firm leadership to support a high-performing, client-focused workforce across multiple office locations.

The HR Manager balances operational excellence with a strong talent mindset—overseeing day-to-day HR functions while contributing to the development, engagement, and retention of professionals at all stages of their careers. This role is well suited to an HR leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and relationship-driven professional services environment.
