The Challenges

  • Design and implement performance management systems, processes, and tools to align with organisational objectives and drive performance excellence.

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to establish clear performance expectations and metrics for all roles within the organization.

  • Develop and facilitate performance management training programs for managers and employees to enhance performance feedback, coaching, and goal-setting skills.

  • Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership.

  • Partner with HR to ensure performance management practices comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Lead performance review processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations, fostering a culture of accountability and recognition.
