- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, especially niche and leadership positions
- Actively headhunt talent through networks, referrals, LinkedIn, consultants, and market mapping
- Partner with business heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs
- Ensure timely closures with quality talent aligned to organizational goals
