Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation processes
• Support training coordination and performance appraisal tracking
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Provide administrative support for employee relations and HR initiatives
Requirements:
• A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle HR matters with professionalism
