Job Description
**Role Purpose**
Working with the VP/Director, HR to develop and deliver the HR plan that supports the Global HR strategy and to manage specific HR and Training projects and initiatives that drive the plan. Responsible for supporting line managers in the Corporate Office, to enable them to professionally manage their teams and deliver Great Hotels Guests Love. Support the utilisation of the Company's Winning Ways and IHG Commitment through the 4 HR rooms and The Vision.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Proactively advising and liaison with the management Teams on key HR Matters
+ Support the continuous development of managers.
+ Ensure processes in place to anticipate and deliver the quality and quantity of people required to deliver the strategic business plan
