Job Responsibilities
Records Management
- Organize and create SharePoint folders based on guidelines.
- Maintain physical and digital records regularly.
- Track and manage record inventories to meet audit compliance.
- Ensure consistency in naming conventions for easy retrieval.
- Support other records management duties as needed.
HR Operations Support
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including data entry and maintaining HR records.
- Support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, manage contract renewals, and re-employment processes.
- Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Learning & Development Administration
- Manage course registrations and update training records in the learning system.
- Respond to staff queries on training-related matters and claims.
