Job Responsibilities

Records Management

  • Organize and create SharePoint folders based on guidelines.
  • Maintain physical and digital records regularly.
  • Track and manage record inventories to meet audit compliance.
  • Ensure consistency in naming conventions for easy retrieval.
  • Support other records management duties as needed.

HR Operations Support

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including data entry and maintaining HR records.
  • Support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, manage contract renewals, and re-employment processes.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Learning & Development Administration

  • Manage course registrations and update training records in the learning system.
  • Respond to staff queries on training-related matters and claims.
