Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant HR – Admin to handle end-to-end payroll processing, HR operations, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, etc.)
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare salary slips, payroll reports, and reconciliations
