- Talent Management – Review and enhancement of current policy
- Review, enhance and manage the Performance Management process. Bring industry best practice to align with company policy.
- Develop, review, and standardize KRAs and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role-specific KRAs and measurable KPIs.
- Ensure timely execution of goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
- Monitor performance metrics and track individual, team, and department-level achievements.
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management review.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Support linking of performance outcomes with rewards, incentives, and career progression.
- Continuously improve performance management processes for efficiency and transparency.
- Ensure audit readiness and documentation of PMS processes.
- Align PMS practices with HR policies and organizational standards.
- Any other responsibility as decided by the Management from time to time.
