  • Talent Management – Review and enhancement of current policy
Drive the Performance Management Process (PMS)
  • Review, enhance and manage the Performance Management process. Bring industry best practice to align with company policy.
  • Develop, review, and standardize KRAs and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define role-specific KRAs and measurable KPIs.
  • Ensure timely execution of goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and track individual, team, and department-level achievements.
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
Assess training needs and formulate Training and Development plan and drive it
  • Prepare detailed MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management review.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
  • Support linking of performance outcomes with rewards, incentives, and career progression.
Process improvisation and Policy review
  • Continuously improve performance management processes for efficiency and transparency.
  • Ensure audit readiness and documentation of PMS processes.
  • Align PMS practices with HR policies and organizational standards.
  • Any other responsibility as decided by the Management from time to time.
