Job Description

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
  • Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

    • Required Profile

    > Candidate should be a Graduate or under grad in 2nd year +

    > Candidate Should Be Inclined To Work In Recruitments

    > Candidate Should Be Willing To Work 10 to 7

    > Candidate Should Be Willing To Do Mass Recruitmets

    > Candidate Should Have Descent Communication Skils
    > Candidate Should Have Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel and Word)


    Working days 5.5


    Shift 8 hours


    Salary : Freshers 1,20,000 pa

    Experience - Upto 2,00,000 pa

    (Incentives b/w 3k-7k based on performance)
