Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Human Resource Manager implements various HR related programs pertinent to specific functional areas, together with the provision of the corresponding administrative and clerical functions necessary to deliver results. These functional areas include Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee & Labor Relations.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain and update the HRIS with employee data and documentation.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating resolution processes.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate data entry of hours and benefits.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
