Job Description

Monitor absenteeism and tardiness on a monthly basis.

Monitor instances of CRR violation of employees.

Update and monitor the computation of Performance Evaluation for employees semi-annually.

Prepare memoranda, notices to explain (NTE), Notice of AWOL, and termination/violation letters.

Conduct orientation sessions for newly hired employees.

Prepare employment contracts (for probationary, project-based, and regularization statuses)

Compiled reports for the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)

Address concerns raised by DOLE and our employees.

Track overtime for employees and departments.

Manage the recruitment process, including initial interviews and writing recommendation letter for applicants.

Assist employees with registering their accounts on Hello Money by AUB.

Conduct meetings with security personnel.

Enroll employees in mandatory benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)
