Job Description
Location: Carmona, Cavite
Salary Range: ₱50,000 – ₱100,000
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
(Master’s degree is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, OD, or Learning & Development
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Passionate about employee growth and organizational effectiveness
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, performance management, compensation, discipline, and learning & development
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive work culture
- Oversee performance appraisal, training programs, and HR metrics
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and partner agencies (BAI, FDA, IPO)
