Job Description
As a HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing adminsitrative support for our team of 50+ employees in Madrid and work closing with our HR team to support efforts in employee engagement, hiring, onboarding, and compliance.
As a HR Adminstrative Assistant a typical day might include the following:
- Owning coordination of regional initiatives like community outreach and wellbeing events
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and relocation of employees
- Travel and office visit support (hotel agreements, car rental agreements, taxi orderings for guests, temporary housing contracts)
- Ordering supplies (hospitality and daily consumables)
- Deliveries and shipping provider management
- Furniture ordering and space planning support
- Medical check scheduling
- Ensuring compliance updates are posted and communicated (internal SEL policies and 50+ employee requirements)
