What You’ll Do
- Managing and tracking sensitive documentation and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
- Handling confidential information and HR‑related matters with professionalism.
- Providing administrative support including filing, uploading, and data entry management.
- Processing leave requests, updating records, and coordinating HR events and initiatives.
- Supporting recruitment efforts — assisting with job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Jumping in to help the team wherever needed — because we succeed together.
