What You’ll Do

  • Managing and tracking sensitive documentation and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
  • Handling confidential information and HR‑related matters with professionalism.
  • Providing administrative support including filing, uploading, and data entry management.
  • Processing leave requests, updating records, and coordinating HR events and initiatives.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts — assisting with job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Jumping in to help the team wherever needed — because we succeed together.
