Role Summary:
The role is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective administration, facility, fleet, infrastructure, township, and support services to enable smooth business operations. The position ensures high standards of service quality, hygiene, safety, and employee satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Ensure smooth functioning and timely maintenance of buildings, offices, washrooms, meeting rooms, workspaces, utilities, and common areas.
- Supervise housekeeping, support staff, and service providers.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and upkeep of all facilities.
- Implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
Fleet & Transport Management
- Manage vendor-operated vehicles.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance for vehicles including insurance, permits, fitness, pollution certificates, road tax, and driver licenses.
- Plan and optimize employee transport routes.
- Control transport-related costs and prepare annual transport budgets.
Canteen / Cafeteria Management
- Ensure quality, hygienic, and timely food services for employees.
- Supervise food quality, cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Conduct periodic audits and corrective actions to maintain standards.
Budgeting, Cost Control & MIS
- Prepare annual administrative budgets and monitor actuals.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Maintain MIS and reports covering expenses, assets, utilities, travel, housekeeping, pantry, and maintenance.
- Manage petty cash for urgent administrative expenses.
Township Administration
- Manage township infrastructure including roads, water supply, lighting, sanitation, and environment.
- Supervise staff and labour accommodations, mess facilities, and guest houses.
- Maintain room-wise occupancy records.
- Address township-related grievances and safety issues.
- Ensure resident satisfaction through effective administration.
- Manage and monitor ERP systems related to administration.
Events & Special Assignments
- Plan and supervise arrangements for company events, conferences, trainings, seminars, and annual functions.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and support services for internal and external events.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate administrative team members.
- Ensure high levels of engagement, accountability, and performance.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Facility uptime and service quality scores
- Statutory compliance (100%)
- Budget adherence and cost savings
- Vendor performance and SLA compliance
- Employee satisfaction related to admin services
- Timely MIS and reporting accuracy

Educational & Experience Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA / MSW / Engineering preferred)

- Experience in manufacturing / large campuses / townships preferred.
