Bring your unique perspective to Forescout and help shape the future of cybersecurity with us!We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative Human Resources Administrator to join our HR Team , providing critical administrative and operational support across our International regions and key people this role, you will help ensure our people processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and employees experience a positive journey. You will partner closely HR and Talent teams to support onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, reporting, and HR programs that enable our business to scale is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on HR experience who enjoys structured work, coordination, and process excellence, and who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-tech organisation with a growing presence across the international role is based in Pune, with an expectation to attend the office 3-5 days per week.What You Will Do
  • Provide HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements.
  • Draft, issue, track, and maintain employment agreements and new-starter documentation, ensuring complete and accurate employee records.
  • Process all employee changes and maintain high data integrity within ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Act as a key point of contact for new hires, responding to queries and providing timely support throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Develop, refine, and deliver accurate HR reporting, metrics, dashboards, and analytics to support operational effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure people changes are communicated and actioned accurately.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives that drive efficiency, compliance, and an improved employee experience across regions.
  • Assist with Employer of Record (EOR) administration, including onboarding support, documentation, invoice review and reconciliation, and compliance activities.
  • Support the preparation and issuance of visa support letters, ensuring timely and accurate documentation for international employees.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to review background verification checks, follow up on discrepancies, ensure correct checks are completed, and maintain compliance with company policies and regional requirements.
  • Assist with employment verification requests as required.
  • Contribute to broader International HR programs and provide administrative support as needed.
  • What You Will Bring To Forescout
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in a technology or software environment is preferred.
  • Strong HR operations, project coordination, and vendor management experience.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, administration, and attention to detail.
  • Self-directed and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Experience working across time zones and supporting remote leaders and globally distributed teams.
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for creating an engaged and inclusive workforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
