Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Sheffield based Education provider, seeking an HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanen t basis.


As a HR Administrator, you will report into the HR Manager and act as the first point for general HR enquires and requests, onboarding, absence management and payroll. As a key member of the People Team, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities including:

  • Maintain sickness and absence records for employees on long term absence, maternity leave or expected periods of absence
  • Support HR Manager and HR Officer in relation to safer recruitment process and safeguard matter
  • Producing letters including change of terms, offer and outcomes
  • Adding new starters to the HRIS and ensuring inductions are in place
