This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resources Administrator at IEEE Transactions on Field Robotics (T-FR). The role involves managing HR operations, including benefits administration, HR management, and HRIS. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, supporting personnel inquiries, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Administrator will collaborate with editorial staff to facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and communication processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration and managing compensation packages.
  • Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for record maintenance and process efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are a plus.
  • Experience with academic or non-profit organizations is beneficial.
