Human Resources Advisor

CPC Engineering has over 50 years experience in the Mining Sector and is 100% Western Australian owned. We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Human Resources Advisor to join our organisation in a permanent, full-time capacity.

Role Summary

The Human Resources Advisor operates within a centralised HR and Talent & Resourcing model, providing consistent, high-quality people support across the full employee lifecycle. The role delivers generalist HR advisory services, while also supporting recruitment and onboarding activities in partnership with the central Talent & Resourcing team.

The HR Advisor partners with leaders to support workforce needs, employee relations and day-to-day people matters, ensuring all activities align with group-wide policies, industrial instruments and governance frameworks. The role acts as a key enabler of a consistent and positive employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance and employee relations.
