Job Description
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Rosmul Mechanical team as a Human Resources Advisor. In the role you will be playing a crucial role in managing the end-to-end Personnel function. Managing the HR Function includes compliance, record management, recruitment, performance management, drafting contracts and ensuring the business is up to date on all legislative requirements within this area.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining personnel records and all HR related information on our systems
- Manage personnel activities such as promotions, performance management, and staff licences
- Identify both short- and long-term hiring needs to fulfil our current and future talent requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end candidate selection process, including job briefing, interview training and offer management
- Track and report on general staff activity, performance and milestones
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, while updated in line with legislation
- Provide advice and information to the Director on a daily basis
- Follow a rigorous and length onboarding process for staff in line with airport requirements
- Main contact point for employees on related issues
About you
- Experience in startup business as well as multinational organisations
- Extensive knowledge of Human Recourse functions, focus on administration, organisation, staff management and recruitment
- Previous people leadership experience
- Demonstrates a proven track record within a busy business role, showing work prioritisation being required daily
- Strong organisational skills and proactive problem-solving ability
- Ideally have experience working across various time zones and comfortable with a virtual approach when needed
- Degree qualification or at least 5+ years of work experience in the nominated occupation, or in a closely related role, demonstrating the knowledge and practical skills required to perform the position at a competent level
- Minimum of 1+ year work experience in a HR related role is essential
This role will require preemployment checks, including a police clearance and obtaining an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) for airside access and drug and alcohol screening.
