Job Description

A well-established construction and services group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a large, multi-entity business employing approximately 600 direct staff, 200 labour-hire workers, and a broad subcontractor base.

Reporting directly to the Group HR Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, while supporting managers with probation reviews, investigations, and day-to-day HR matters. The role is well suited to someone with a strong blue-collar background and 2–5 years’ HR experience who enjoys being hands-on and visible in the business.
