Tasks
Manage the entire recruitment process, including needs analysis, job posting drafting, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and managing terminations. Act as a partner to managers, supporting them with labor relations, disciplinary actions, and the application of internal policies. Coordinate and structure training activities by analyzing needs, managing subsidies, and ensuring compliance with the 1% law. Oversee Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), including coordinating the OHS committee, developing prevention programs, managing CNESST cases, disabilities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Actively participate in the drafting, harmonization, and improvement of HR policies and practices within the context of organizational transition.
