- Analyzing absenteeism files, ensuring follow-up with employees and managers, and external parties (insurance, CNESST, SAAQ, etc.) and implementing best practices to promote recovery.
- Keeping the occupational health and safety prevention program up to date and ensuring follow-up
- Conducting regular inspections, identifying risks, and coordinating the implementation of corrective measures
