HR Advisor
Leeds - Hybrid
Full-Time, Permanent (35hrs a week)
£30,000–£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
We're currently recruiting for a passionate and proactive HR Advisor to join a small but growing team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees to deliver effective people solutions.

The Role
Provide generalist HR advice across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and policy development
Support learning and development initiatives and internal training sessions
Manage and maintain HR systems and records, ensuring strong compliance
Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation
