Our Tier 1 mining client are seeking HR Advisors to support the business during a large-scale period of change and restructure. This is an opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative HR team, driving change across a significant portion of the workforce. You will manage the change process, including internal moves, promotions, demotions, and workforce exits, while partnering with key stakeholders. This role offers the chance to be involved in both strategic and operational HR functions during a dynamic period of transformation.
