Human Resources Advisor

We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Advisor to join our Human Resources team, based out of Saskatoon, SK. This on-site, Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for tactical and operational human resources support to Bantrel and our client across all aspects of project execution. Working closely with project leadership and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role delivers proactive guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and project-specific HR requirements including development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, programs and practices. In this position, the HR Advisor ensures HR processes are effectively adapted to meet project needs, drives alignment between organizational priorities and project outcomes, and oversees the consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
