Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data and metrics, managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), administering employee documentation, and providing insights to support HR strategies. Additional responsibilities include supporting applicantes in their onboadirn process and followuo ups , as well HR management practices and improving HR processes to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, dashboards, data automation)
• High tech skills across relevant tools and platforms
• Proficient in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data management
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High soft skills (communication, adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving)
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Understanding of global HR practices is a plus
• Business English – C2 level
