Remote HR & Investigation ASSISTANT, HR & Investigation ANALYST and HR & Investigation SPECIALIST Positions. (Effective February 1, 2026) This document describes three separate positions: HR & Investigation Assistant, HR & Investigation Analyst, and HR & Investigation Specialist. Individuals are hired into one position based on qualifications and experience. CLS offers a structured internal advancement path; however, progression is performance-based and not automatic.
