The Human Resources Business Partner provides human resources consultation and support for one or more business units. HRBP is a strong human resources generalist with experience in recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations. Acts as a liaison between HR and Business Teams, providing strategy, planning and process development and management.

  • Provide coaching, consultation and support to leadership regarding organizational development, change management and employee engagement.

  • Define, build and implement HR strategies and solutions to enhance the business and culture

  • Act as a consultant, advisor, facilitator and business partner for leadership and employees

  • Provide employee relations expertise ensuring compliance to company and federal rules/laws

  • Coach managers on employee relations and investigate employee issues and concerns
