Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven HR Analytics professional to design and implement predictive models that enhance workforce planning and employee retention. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics to provide actionable insights into employee behavior, attrition risks, and organizational trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain predictive models for attrition analysis , workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
Perform trend analysis on employee engagement, performance, and turnover data.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify key metrics and KPIs for people analytics.
Utilize HRIS, payroll, and performance management data to generate insights and dashboards.
Conduct root cause analysis for attrition and recommend retention strategies.
Implement data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and storytelling.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all analytics processes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR processes : recruitment, payroll, performance management, benefits administration.
Proficiency in data analytics tools : Excel, SQL, Python/R (for predictive modeling).
Experience with HRIS systems and workforce data management.
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
Certifications in HR Analytics , Data Science , or Predictive Modeling will be preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare or multi-specialty hospital HR management is a plus.
