Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Assistant located in Aurangabad. The HR Assistant will assist in various HR functions, including maintaining records in the HRMS system, supporting HR management in daily activities, coordinating employee benefits administration, and providing assistance in training and development initiatives. The role will also involve updating employee files, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR role
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support HR operations and employee relations
  • Experience in Benefits Administration to assist employees with benefits-related queries and manage enrollment processes
  • Ability to support training initiatives, including planning and coordinating employee training programs
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Qualification MBA-HR
  • Preferred Industry Automobile/Manufacturing Industry


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, staff, engineers, and managerial roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce optimization.
  • Payroll & Attendance
  • Ensure compliance with Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages and Standing Orders.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain healthy industrial relations on the shop floor.
  • Assist in handling contract labour and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports on manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and compliance.
  • Collect daily attendance, overtime sheets and shift records from departments.
  • Maintain and update attendance registers for staff and workers.
  • Process monthly payroll in coordination with HR Manager/Accounts.
  • Ensure correct calculation of wages, OT, deductions, leaves, incentives, canteen expenses, advances etc.
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Maintain statutory registers as required in manufacturing units
  • Support HR Manager during audits.
  • Keeping records of staff and workers
  • Joining & induction of new joinee
